MP-Soft, a.s., hereinafter referred to as the Controller, ID No.: 440 14 040, with registered office at Příkop 4, 604 16 Brno ("Controller") processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and other legal regulations.
The following personal data/categories of personal data are processed for the purpose of analysing traffic to the above websites:
- IP address
- Location data
- Cookie content
, collected from the data subject while visiting the websites.
Personal data will be processed manually and automatically by the Controller directly through its authorised employees and by processors authorised by the Controller on the basis of contracts
for the processing of personal data.
List of subjects/categories of recipients to whom the personal data of the data subject may be disclosed:
- Google LLC.
- Facebook Inc.
- UVM, s.r.o. (hotel website operator)
- Other processors, but not currently used by the controller.
The Controller will process the personal data for a period of 1 year.
The data subject has the right to access his or her personal data processed by the Controller, to have them rectified or erased, or to restrict processing, and the right to object to processing.
The data subject also has the right to obtain from the Controller the personal data concerning the data subject which the data subject has provided to the Controller. Upon the data subject's request, the controller shall provide the data subject with the data without undue delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, at the data subject's request, to another clearly identified controller. This right shall not apply to personal data which are not processed by automated means.
The controller has no intention of disclosing personal data to third countries.
If the data subject considers that his or her personal data is being unlawfully processed, he or she may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the territory of the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
